Campaign Details:

Call validity is solely based on the 6 quality parameters which are;

  • Data Integrity – All information on the CRM must be fully verified.
  • Truthfulness and Transparency – Provide customers with truthfulness in line with any conversation. Ensure that customers are made aware of any/all information as needed/required. Agents MUST not be dodgy in relation to answering any questions and/or providing any information.
  • Verbiage Compliance – Verbatim is Verbatim: No excuses, No exceptions.
  • Process Procedure – Agents MUST ensure that the process procedure is followed (call-email-set appointment) and that the conditions there in adhered to.
  • Appointment Setup Guidelines – Guidelines MUST be adhered to;

a. Appointment must be set within a maximum of 2 days from time of call

b. Appointment must not have a specific hour but only either AM or PM

c. Appointment must be set clearly, customers must be fully aware and amenable to the scheduled appointment. There must be no sign of forceful/ unclear/ deceitful manner/ procedure of appointment set.

  • Upload Compliance – calls must be uploaded within 60 minutes after the call; post 60 mins call is no longer valid.
  • Shift – Monday to Friday only

Qualifications:

  • Average English Communication Skills
  • At least HS/SHS Graduate
  • Willing to be trained
  • Willing to be assigned in Manila City
  • Call Center experience is an advantage but not required
  • Team Player

Skills Needed:
